Vacant Position

Assume responsibility for managing multiple projects
Lead and direct teams and work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration, understanding their concerns, designing tasks/project plans, and gaining acceptance for the team’s proposed solutions
Communicate findings and recommendations as deliverables to clients
Provide hands-on support in executing solutions to achieve project goals

Responsible for overseeing various sales and marketing activities
Assist in the development and pitching of proposals
Acts as a company representative at conferences and events to expand the company’s network

Offer mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, ensuring exceptional project delivery and fostering their professional growth
Contribute to the development of the company’s consulting methodology and approach

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
Over three years of experience in consulting, business, or project management-related fields
English: Professional level (both spoken and written)
Thai: Native level
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for presentations

Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze and resolve complex problems and formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
Excellent interpersonal skills: confident in communicating with individuals of different levels of seniority, possessing analytical understandings, and coming from diverse backgrounds
Organized and structured: capable of managing multiple, competing priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines and pressure

Displays a strong commitment to results, maintaining output quality, and meeting deadline
