Background / Objectives
-Given task was to increase sales “negotiation skills”.
-Support needed was stated as a skill-up training to promote sales activity.
-“Strengthening organizational skills and individual awareness” was proposed instead of “skill-up training” as a means to “increase negotiation skill”.
Result creation process
-A self-growth cycle as an organization was established.
-By training “evangelists”, an awareness about growth was instilled in the organization.
-An organization atmosphere of teaching, learning and growing together was established.
-Increased thinking power based on the customer’s point of view.
